Happy Birthday Jordyn Leigh

7 years ago....Wow! Where has the time gone? This little girl is such a sweetie. She is always putting others first ("always" is a strong word...so, let's just say, most of the time). We were going to have her "family" birthday party today at our house, but due to the flood we postponed it. We are so proud of her for being so understanding.

Spring Fever

Kacie and I stayed home yesterday and enjoyed the beautiful day. She begged all morning to go outside and dribble (thatta girl). We found a basketball but not the pump. She didn't seem to mind that the ball was only half full of air.


Kacie said, "since it's so hot out and almost summer (it was 50 degrees), can I have an icee"? How could I resist.

What a Mess

Kacie got busted jumping in the puddles at the end of our driveway. I love spring--I am loving this nice weather--but I can't stand the huge mess! I have washed coats and snowpants 2 days in a row. Could do without that! Just an FYI: waterproof--yeah, not so much!!

I have enjoyed making this family scrapbook. I look forward to updating the album next week on my scrapbooking retreat. I also enjoy looking at my beautiful choices of hair styles I chose throughout the years.

what these two would do without each other. They are the best of friends. We love them so much!!

The "new" do

She doesn't look like my little baby anymore! I will often find her looking in the mirror to make sure her hair is still short. She loves it!

Does it get much cuter...

than a hot pink cast. Jordy was a trooper for 2 weeks while this was on. I am pretty sure it didn't slow her down at all.
